The Community Health Needs Assessment helps us identify and eliminate the gaps that prevent access to quality, integrated health care. We are working to improve access to resources that support a healthy life style for Northeast Florida families.
THE PLAYERS Center for Child Health is a major child advocate and to helps prevent unnecessary hospitalizations. THE PLAYERS Center for Child Health was created to improve the health, wellness and quality of life of the families living within the communities we serve. In addition to promoting health and safety, THE PLAYERS Center for Child Health also represents the interests of medically underserved children at the local, state and national government levels.
